Poised Lady

I placed an order on March 2, 2020 for 5 items totalling $181.88 (Order #***). As of today, I have only received one of 5 items valued at $44.98. The customer service number does not work and I have been unable to talk to a live person. The company sends the same preset response to email complaints saying the items are on their way but they do not provide an actually tracking number so the link to the tracking website is useful. The guaranteed delivery date has long since passed. I have requested a refund on the remaining items but they company has not responded.

I placed an order on March 4. I've contacted them twice and got the exact same response..."your order was processed and you should receive an email when it ships". STILL WAITING and it's April 17.
I would not recommend ordering from them.

I too ordered on line paid through PayPal and received nothing. Bogus tracking numbers sent to me along with bogus phone numbers and robot email responses!

I placed an order a month ago. Order was charged to my credit card however still not received. Every time I inquire about the order I get the same response that the item is in transport. The company represents it is located in Oregon however the tracking is showing its coming from China. I would never have ordered had it been disclosed that it was shipping from there. At this point I want my money refunded and have let poised lady know via email at least 3 times.

I ordered a jacket from this company on 1/29/20. I paid $51.26 for it, but have never received the item. I emailed them inquiring about it, and they responded with an email for me to track it, but there was no tracking number. A few weeks went by and I requested my money back. They responded with another email that my item was on the way. They sent me a tracking number that doesn't track the package. It shows words in Chinese. All I want is my money back. It has been almost 8 weeks.

AWFUL !!!! 3 MONTHS AND STILL HAVE NOT SEEN MY ORDER.I have requested a refund....3x. Nothing.DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

I purchased a jacket from this company 3 months ago, I have sent several emails checking on it and was told it shipped and I would get tracking information. When I realized this was not happening, I started to see reviews that clearly showed this scam has occurred before. I have now sent 3 additional emails asking for a refund and to please cancel the order. I received 2 more emails back stating the exact same response, that it shipped. Still no product and no tracking information. The last 2 emails I have sent asking for a refund and letting them I would be filing a complaint have received no response at all. They charged me $56.95 1/24/20

On Tuesday, January 28, 2020, I placed an order for a "Dolly - the Fashionable Denim Jacket" in army green, size large, Order #***. I have yet to receive the product and the responses from their "customer support" have been very generic and no information pertaining to the actual order. I emailed them February 7 and February 23. I didn't receive a response from the February 23 email. Also, they say the order is in transit but cannot provide a tracking number for the package.

I actually saw this in my *** feed. I don't usually place orders through these places as I get on my computer and make sure they are legit. I did not research Poised Lady, which was obviously my mistake, but maybe this can help it from happening to other people. I think I have been taken for $51.26.

Ordered a jacket for $50 a month ago. Have emailed twice requesting a tracking number and have been told one is not available.

I ordered a jacket from this company and they never sent it. I have emailed them numerous times and I only get an automated reply. The customer service phone number doesn’t work.

I placed an order on or around MLK holiday weekend and did not recieve it.Their phone goes to busy after 1 ring. Ive emailed them and got a reply they were sending the product and would email a tracking number when it got sent.The product I ordered was a 50.00 or so jacket.
