Review: I initially looked at P.O.V. website as a place for my friends to convene after a birthday dinner. The website solicits no entry fee and free reservations (it does not specify a time frame or an amount of people). A party of 10 people or more is required to contact the business directly and at that time one is told that there is "bottle service" required to make reservations at a rate of $65.00 per person plus taxes and other charges. I contacted the business directly and spoke to another employee who stated that bottle serviced is not required to make reservations. I then emailed the representative back and requested to make reservations without the bottle service. I was informed again by the same person who initially told me that bottle service is required for anyone at night. This information contradicts what is listed on the website and what I was verbally told. At that time I requested a reservation for 9 (since the website says contact them for 10 or more) and was told that this is the policy for any reservation at night. This business is conducting unfair business practices and adverting incorrectly.Desired Settlement: Permit customer to make reserved seating.

To whom this may concern,
I am writing in response to the complaint we received regarding a customer who was attempting to book a reservation for a party of 10 people after 9pm. We do not offer reservations after 9pm unless a customer is interested in planning a Large Party Reservation. As highlighted in the screenshot below, we have our available reservations offered through Open Table until 9pm daily. This guest is stating that they were told that in order to make a reservation after 9pm that they would need to purchase a bottle or meet our minimum of $65.00 per person. That is correct. The website has not changed in over two years and this is the first complaint we've received. We offer reservations through Open Table and there is no information online that contradicts this. We have separate tab on our website for Large Party Reservations that clearly states parties of 10 or more have to submit their information to our booking department.
