[redacted]  I told them on the phone that both my husband lost 2 days of work...that there was an open house yesterday June 26th from 11 - 3pm for them to send someone out on their own time to take pictures and inspect, they didn't take the time to so the inspection...... Why didn't they do the inspection yesterday?
