In November of 2015, upon arriving at our winter home in Kissimmee, Fl., I found that our air conditioning unity was not workingPoinciana Heating & Cooling Inc was recommended to me by some friendsWhen I called, Lourdes Diaz, president, answered the phone personallyI explained the problem as best I could, answered a few tech questions and was advised she would be there shortlyWithin the hour she was there and immediately went to workOne of the motors was dead, probably because of a surge and had to be replacedShe immediately got on the phone, located a new motor and went to pick it upShe was back within a couple of hours, installed the new motor and cleaned up the site The motor was under warranty and all I had to pay was a reasonable service chargeLourdes was pleasant and friendlyShe explained everything she was doing which in turn made me feel comfortableI understood all my options before any work was undertaken, which I like a lotAbout a week later when the temperature dropped and the heat had to be turned on, nothing happenedAgain I called the company and Lourdes came out within a couple of hours to check things outThis time it was just a lose wire at the thermostat connectionThis time she only charged me half price on the service callI like that
That is my experience with this company and the ownerI am sure all will be treated the same way if you have to call for help
