Review: I had a clog in the drain in my house and Poillucci Plumbing snaked the drain and recommended having a camera run through the sewer line to identify the damage. The plumber that came to my house said I would receive a copy of the sewer line to send to other plumbers for estimates. I paid for the services the day the plumbers came and called a couple days later for a copy of the DVD. I was told that I had to ask them when they were there and since they showed me on the machine they used to look in the drain I would not get a copy of the DVD. Without a copy of the DVD I cannot get other estimates to compare with theirs unless I pay another plumber to camera the drain.Desired Settlement: I feel I should receive some sort of refund for incomplete services.
