are once again assisting in the resolution of the newly assigned obligations.   We have attempted to address all of the complainant’s questions and concerns, but several of our calls and messages have not been answered or responded to by the complainant. Most recently, we have mailed a letter clearly explaining all of the complainant’s past and current obligations and what is required to get all matters assigned to our office resolved.
