We at Tower View take our application process very seriously.   We make our decisions based on reviewing all of the information in its entirety.  [redacted] is correct that their eviction from 4 years ago was satisfied and the CCap report does show it as satisfied.  But just because...

she ultimately satisfied  the eviction doesn't change the fact that she was evicted in the first place.  After considering this, along with the other information we received during the application process, we decided there was too much risk to accept her as a tenant.  It's never easy for us to deny potential tenants but we feel that we need to have high standards in order to keep our communities a safe and pleasant place for our residents to live. We do charge a $50 application fee to cover our costs to process the application.  [redacted] was told when she applied that the application fee is nonrefundable. [redacted] entered in to a private sale with the seller.  We were not involved.  If she hasn't received a refund from the seller for her $1,000 deposit, she will have to resolve that issue directly with the seller.
