Pogo Bounce House

I purchased a *** Pink Bounce House and Slide Combo It was to include the inflatable as well as a repair kit, carrying case and ground stakes. When my order arrived, I was shocked to see the complete wrong unit very haphazardly crammed into an unmarked box with bungie cords. There was no repair kit, no metal stakes, no carrying case, absolutely nothing. We unrolled it and saw that it was covered in dirt. Not just a little dirt here or there, but dirt crammed into crevices. It was clearly a used item - used in the mud to acquire this much dirt.

I immediately emailed Pogo customer service. At first I was offered accessories, a tarp (which I had already purchased for this inflatable) a better carrying case (I never even received the one that I paid for!!) and a pool attachment (which I didn’t want, that is why I didn’t initially purchase it.) I was never offered to be sent the unit that I paid $999.99 for.

Again, I respectfully declined and said if they can’t send me what I ordered, or a similar replacement, I would just like my money back. To this, the representative replied that she would send me HER inflatable from her yard……...so now they have not only sent me a used inflatable and now, as a solution, want to send me ANOTHER used item! It’s honestly unreal that a business would give me such unreasonable options for something I paid $1000 for.

This is as if I purchased a king sized mattress, and was sent a twin sized mattress with visible stains on it. Then, the company tells me they will rectify the situation by sending me a very nice fitted sheets and some luxury sheets to go with it.. When I decline that offer, they then say that they will send me their personal king mattress from their guest bedroom. What company does this? I have since reached out to both owners, Mark S and Brent B. So far neither have responded. I am now just stuck with a $1000 hole in my pocket and a disgusting, used, inflatable. Please avoid this company and save yourself the trouble.
