Poem Landscaping

Review: I prepaid for services to have my lawn mowed and edged back in May (sent a text to ** on May 24 notifying him that I sent off the money in the amount of $55.00 USD). He promised me several times that he would be sure to come. I had my niece and nephew looking out for him May 28th since I hadn't heard from him since the 27th and he promised someone would be out to my place "tomorrow". By the 29th no one had yet come to do the lawn. I requested a refund by the 31st. I had to go out and purchase a mower since my nephew said that he would do the job and although I wanted my money back first, I spent the money. I am currently on unemployment and just really couldn't afford to have my money in limbo with a messy yard. By June 27th I still hadn't received the refund nor had my lawn been serviced. ** made yet another promise yet as previously did not keep it. I in turn am now writing to you since its been approximately two (2) months since I have been waiting to receive reimbursement from **.Desired Settlement: I would like full refund of my 55.00 plus 1.00 for the money order for a total of 56.00 USD
