I've participated in Podo Labs social funding campaign in March for Jack product *** the estimated delivery date was July Podo labs since then stopped updating on its progress with product manufacturing - their last update was October 31st They also don't respond to support emailsDuring this time, they had another social funding campaign on Kickstarter *** with same estimated delivery dateThe last update there is from January 26th 2018, but it is for backers only and backed their Indiegogo campaign so it is not available for me to seeMany backers on both campaigns above including myself, feel cheated and uninformed on where their product manufacturing stands and when will they deliver their productDuring this time, they also published Jack on other websites***

The Podo sequel arrived late and stopped working after daysAny attempts to contact the company have been ignored

I ordered a product from podo labs that was supposed to be delivered months ago and I still have no productIn addition the company now refuses to communicate with me when I ask for a timeframe to receive the product I ordered

I was part of the Podo Labs "***" campaign well over one year agoI have emailed them several times*** from Podo Labs responds with the same lame response everytimeThanks for patiently waitingWe are truly sorry to hear that you haven't receive your jack yetWe are currently fulfilling order first in kickstarter and we are in near on completing those ordersWe will be starting shipping on Indiegogo after we complete those orders in KickstarterBut we are in continue manufacturing *** and we are shipping out available *** every weekRest assure that we will expedite our shipping to all of our customersWe appreciate your kindness and patience ***.?

This company is a complete ripoff! Indigogo has been no help at all about helping getting my money backI'm very upset about this situation*** in Indianapolis

I was not notified that the accessories were on the way. If the defective item (camera) cannot be fixed, please expect that I will return the accessories. I am still communicating with the business regarding the exchange of the item, specifically if I have to shoulder the cost of shipping the items back.
