We had a carrier on this route who proved to be unreliable That person has been replaced with a new person who is getting used to the route We had some late papers with the new person, but as of this morning all newspapers were delivered on time and without incident This will be a route that we will continue to monitor

Our delivery issue has improved, but this has been an ongoing problem for many monthsOnly time will tell if the Pocono Record will continue to provide the service we pay for in advance Thank you,
