expires you forfeit the security deposit on said property. We also have the rights to counter claim the tenant to [redacted] for the remaining months not paid after the tenant abandons lease contract. Mr. [redacted] paid his rent early for the month of Sept, but vacated the home at the end of August without any notice. This was not only an early termination of the lease, but a violation of the 12 month contract.
