This was the first that I had heard of the situation and have take immediate action to remedy the circumstanceWe have spoken with Ms*** to resolve the situation, as well as sent her a letter (attached) with a gift card to come back and give us another opportunityAfter speaking with Ms*** it is evident she visits my establishment regularly, and I am confident we will see her back soon
