It looks as if my service technician has ordered a replacement timer for the customer and will contact them tomorrow to schedule a time to put it in for themHopefully this will resolve the issue? Thank You? Brad and Alan Pochels? Appliance Center ?

Dryer has been repaired. My service technician turned in the paperwork Wed 6-21. Have not heard of any other complaints since.

To Revdex.com, To respond to the resolve of my complaint I don't want to talk to Pochels appliance on phone or at there business all I would hear is excuses I'm dealing with Leukemia at this time don't have the energy to argue with any one over a dryer I have way more important things to deal with
bottom line is it has been six weeks they did come out with wrong part had to get another but this whole time have not her ad a word from them so no need for me to talk to them now which I'm sure they will since I made a complaint My wife is trying to run her own business dose not have the time to call their service people all I want is to know how much longer we have to wait has any one ever heard the one " Happy Wife Happy Life" come to my house Thanks and yes you can pass this on to Pohcels
