PNG Design

Review: We went into a contract with PNG to level of back yard and grow grass. We contacted them a few weeks after the job was done to say that we are growing more weeds than grass. They stated to keep watering it and it shouldfix itself. Well that didn't work, we call them a 3rd time and now they said they will come out and see the progress. Unbeknownst to us they said that they came out and we were right. We have been no trying to reach out them and get a date from them when PNG will be coming back out to perform the additional work. Everytime we call we get told that the owner needs to let her know when this can happen. So far nothing has happened and I can't understand why they can't just come back out and finish the job.Desired Settlement: PNG has made an agreement with us to come back out and finish the Job. Re-Seed and Aerate which as discussed.
