As of January 29th customer was given instructions to return mug to our facility for a replacementA prepaid label was also provided to customer to be able to do soAlso be advised customers initial complaint was about the lid leakingWe make no claims or any advertising of any kind stating our

I am rejecting this response because:
II have the box that says the lids are leak proof, and you are also advertising your mugs on Facebook with a cat tipping over the mug, and being shot by things. I still have the box that the mug came in. Yes my first complaint was about the lid rocketing off and spraying coffee everywhere. I have kept all of the emails I have proof of my complaint. I even have a witness to the lid rocketing off, I have no way of printing out the shipping label, and if anyone ever actually read my emails they would know that.  They also just posted a picture of mighty mug flying through the air on Facebook.
