We need an explanation as to how an agent is allowed to yell at people on a random basisCould this be a result of unrealistic entitlement issues or is there a psychological issue here? Does PMZ monitor its agents and discipline them?

PMZ Real Estate has been in the real estate business for 60 years.  Our professional agents attempt to provide their clients with exceptional service in all cases.

Review: My wife and I are trying to purchase a home. We corresponded with Mr. [redacted] in prior. However apart from forwarding us to a loan officer he did not work on our behalf. We have been working steadily with another agent and we wanted to find out whether [redacted] can provide us with an insight. My wife called and we attempted to explain this. Mr [redacted] called us literally yelling at us (he was on the speaker phone) and berating us he said `I can not believe you have been working with another agent. How many agents are you working with`. He outright accused us in a very loud tone. This is completely unacceptable and unethical. We believe that the agent needs to be disciplined. We will follow this through.Desired Settlement: We need an explanation and an apology before we move this further
