ongoing leak issues since end of last yr. and stove repair issues since move in 7/2018
I have submitted several tickets on both the bathroom ceiling leaking since 12/2019. they come out and say it is fixed then usually with in a day or so it is leaking again. at this time the wall is starting to rot away around the tub due to it not being taken care of properly. *** my very first ticket that they still show me for the bathroom was submitted 12/6/2019, 12/10 updated they came out but did not fix the issue. for several days. once it was completed some time around the 19th or so. it started leaking again with in a week. next ticket submitted 25th which took them another several weeks to fix. they are deleting repair requests instead of fixing things.
the burners on my stove have not worked properly since I moved in 7/2018. they come out and do something and say it is fixed but the next time I go to use the burners they still do not work. it started out with just being one burner but each time they supposedly fix the stove I loose another burner. at this point I am down to one burner on my stove.
when I submit a request it takes at least a week for me to hear anything about the ticket and longer for them to actually make it out to fix anything.
when they do fix something they are using my personal items to clean up after themselves. I have had to replace a almost brand new *** vacuum due to them cleaning up dry wall crud that was wet and clogged my machine. they ruined several new luxury hotel style towels, and a brand new ergonomic broom. I am having to replace all these items at a cost of over *** dollars as the vacuum alone was *** to replace. *** I can not keep items that have been used for small particle. the towels did not come clean and the broom no matter how much I washed it. still had particles of dry wall dust flying all over.
I have yet to replace any of them due to I wanted to wait till all repairs were complete in the bathroom so they can not ruin more items.
i would like the leak in the bathroom to be fixed once and for all. the dry wall replaced around the bathtub. my stove to be replaced since after 4 tickets and repairs since can not get it working correctly. and i would like my items they damaged to be replaced.
After reviewing the complaint and researching the history on this case, it does look like an individual maintenance tech dropped the ball and repeated closed the task so it was not an outstanding visible issue to others.
Our operations manager has reached out and is working properly correct the situation.
