The company's statement that we were under contract for Dec 26-is incorrectThe contract was signed over to the new tenants on the 26th so we were not responsible for paymentThe company did not actively seek to give us our money back for those dates until we went to a lawyerWhat they did was illegal and wrongWe did the work to ensure that we were paid back for the money we did not owe since they wanted to take us to collections with no legal right to do soWe are still waiting for the check but they say it has been sent in the mailSo while the issue has been "resolved" it was not resolved in the proper way and we want other consumers to be aware of how this company handles things

According to rental contract payment was due for rent between Dec 26th and Dec 31st. Complaint has been resolved between consumer and business. Business sent consumer rent paid by new tenant.
