Review: PMI Parking fails to properly maintain the elevator for the garage located at the [redacted].
PMI's customers pay close to $250 a month ($3000 per year) to park at the [redacted] garage, and we are collectively disgusted and frustrated with the continuing saga of PMIs poor elevator maintenance practices. The elevator from the garage up to Columbia Plaza (intersection of Virginia and [redacted]) is frequently inoperable, and the subject of repeated daily complaints by all who paying customers who use the garage. Daily complaints to working level staff at the
garage produce no results whatsoever.
The elevator appears to have simply reached the end of its life span, and it is just a question of time before it stops working with occupants in it, creating a serious health and safety crisis, particularly given that this is an outdoor elevator, and summer heat will soon be upon us. PMI needs to upgrade or otherwise replace this elevator NOW.
PMIs customers collectively pay tens of thousands of dollars every month for the use of this garage. PMIs use of this garage as a cash cow with no regard for the investments needed to keep the elevator in good working order is simply unacceptable.
PMI management's failure to respond to my 2 emails dated April 5 is just yet another indication of this company's broken management culture and ineffective operations oversight.Desired Settlement: --I request a $100 billing adjustment per month when the elevator is out of order more than 2 times in any given month. I also request that this same billing adjustment be applied to all other monthly long-term parking customers at the garage. While I am fortunate to be able to walk up the four flights of stairs, many of the garage's customers are older or cannot otherwise physically do so.
--I request that PMI immediately take action to begin replacement or large-scale upgrades to its broken elevator located in the garage at [redacted].
--I request that PMI upgrade its elevator maintenance monitoring and maintenance practices to produce better results.
--Finally, I request that PMIs senior management provide a management point of contact with whom I can work until this issue is resolved to PMI's customers' satisfaction, through a long-term (not a short term patch) solution.

Hi the available options do not address my situation at all. I have
heard from the company, but they have not addressed my complaint, and
they have not taken any remediation action. They have simply denied
that the problem exists, which is patently untrue. What type of
adverse information will be permanently posted on them? Thank you.
