A little over years ago neighbor's and myself used this company to build Trex decks The quote was very reasonable (should have been our first clue) We gave a deposit in June and were told we would be sitting on our decks by Father's Day On July were sitting on the new floor of the deck, with no rails or stairs After continuous complaints and finding things wrong ourselves, my deck was finally completed on July Upon inspection, everything looked ok; however, a couple of weeks later, in looking at the deck from a different angle, saw that the rails and post on one side were leaning Contacted the company - no response Contacted them again a year ago and was told someone would come out to look at it Still waiting In the meantime one of the neighbors has spent over $to fix the mistakes, the other has received a quote of over $to fix mistakes, and I am waiting for a quote to straighten the rails/posts I would never recommend this company - they had no idea how to build a Trex deck - completely misrepresented themselves
