On June 13, we came to stay at the Ramada Plymouth Hotel
When it was the Best Western, we came to stay several times
Unfortunately we were very disappointed with your Hotel, Guest Services and Room
We were the only ones there and it took quite a few minutes to check in Following that, when we got to the room, we noticed that the pool was closedThis being a main factor for our stay we were not very happyAfter discussing it, they opened the pool which was very cloudy due to much chlorine in the water, you couldn't see the bottom of the poolNot very safe to swim in All the ice makers on every floor were not working, and there was black mold in the bathroom along with an outlet cover that was barely hanging onMAJOR HAZARDS!!! Thank you for your time today! I believe that we have resolved this issue with the guest. A full refund was issued to *** on 06-15-16. We did enter room *** after our guest had left the room and did find the outlet issue that she was concerned of as well as carpet that was
