Review: We called because the shaft on a door handle had broken. [redacted] came and took the shaft with him saying he had to order a new part. That was in April. We have made MANY phone calls to inquire on the progress. He is never in the office and the woman who answers the phone always says he will call back. He has not returned ONE phone call. I finally told her if he didn't want to do the job, or couldn't find a replacement part to just bring the shaft back. Still have not heard from him. We cannot open this door from the inside. A safety hazard.Desired Settlement: I want the part returned.
