In response to this complaint, after several attempts to contact customer and leaving requests for daughters Massachusetts Learners Permit number with no replies back, we will gladly refund the full amount of Driver Education Course which also includes the hrclassroom requirements that student has already completedCustomer was frustrated that we couldn't /wouldn't arrange for the on road driving segment for his daughterAs stated before, we CAN'T legally provide on road training for ANY student without a Massachusetts Learners Permit !!!! In all honesty, we serve over students annually and have an excellent repertoire with the surrounding communities and the Massachusetts RMVWe are legally entitled to payment of the classroom portion already completed but in this circumstance, Plymouth Driving School would rather refund total payment and move on from this Frustrating customer and situation.Thank You

has already completed. Customer was frustrated that we couldn't /wouldn't arrange for the on road driving segment for his daughter. As stated before, we CAN'T legally provide on road training for ANY student without a Massachusetts Learners Permit !!!! In all honesty, we serve over 400 students annually and have an excellent repertoire with the surrounding communities and the Massachusetts RMV. We are legally entitled to payment of the classroom portion already completed but in this circumstance, Plymouth Driving School would rather refund total payment and move on from this Frustrating customer and situation.Thank You
