Service I asked/paid for were not done properly Repeated calls to company not returned I ordered pine needles from this company on 1/7/I was told by the employee driver that I needed bales and it would be cheaper per bale to order that amountI instructed them to spread needles in a natural area of my yard up to the ivy lineThe back half of my yard is covered in ivyI left a check for $under my door mat for them to pick up when the pine needles were put down on the day we agreed upon, 1/10/When I arrived home the evening of the 10th, the pine needles were spread where I asked but also all over the back half of the yard covering the ivyI called [redacted] that evening and described the situation to the girl that answered the phoneShe stated that the pine needled should never have been spread over the ivy and that she would talk to the owner to determine a remedy and she would call me backI never heard from her that nightI proceeded to call the company e
