I have backed several of their products on Kickstarter and none of them have failed to deliver the product. I did receive one product that was DOA, and it did take a bit of time to get it replaced, but they did replace it without charge. I have two of their backup batteries (two different sizes) and their flashlight product. All work great and better than similar products that I have from other vendors.
