Plush Robes

Review: I ordered a robe from plushrobes.com and my bank account was debited using the payment information given.

I received an email saying that there were difficulties in processing my order because my requests were unclear...

I replied directly to the email sender with more clear direction. After 2 weeks of no response I sent another email asking for an update of some kind. After two more weeks of not receiving any contact, confirmation, or the product, I am here on Revdex.com to disclose the fraud of this company.Desired Settlement: Either a refund in the full amount, or expedited delivery of product if the product is already complete. I want both parties to receive the best outcomes with as little financial harm to the business as possible. If the product is incomplete a refund would be preferred. If the product is complete, please deliver it ASAP.

In both circumstances, some form of contact would be highly appreciated.
