Review: I moved out of one of their units on July 2015. I received a partial deposit back from them after living at the residence for approx. 7 years. I responded by email to them in regards to my cleaning deposit as I was charged a cleaning fee of over $300.00, my dispute was that I left the unit much cleaner than when I moved in and I had photos to show it. They requested I send them the photos which I did on 08/25/2015. I sent them another email on 09/03 in regards to the email with the photos, I received a response that the pictures were being reviewed and they would get back to me tomorrow 09/04. On 09/09 I sent an email asking if they reviewed the photos yet, I got a response from them the same day stating Yes and they would be refunding me some money, not sure how much yet. 9/28/ I emailed them as I had yet to hear back from them nor receive a refund, I also attached a link from www.dca.ca.gove/publications/landlordbook/sec-deposit.shtml I also explained to them that I left the unit much cleaner than when I moved in and requested a response from them. To this day 10/30/2015 I have yet to hear back from anyone at the business.Desired Settlement: I would like my full cleaning deposit back.
