They manage Sheridan Beach Terrace Apartments Although my experience living in the apartments for the past months has been absolutely awful for various reasons, there is on in particular I'd like to write about here I had a maintenance man enter my apartment for a non-emergency fix after specifically being told he did not have permission to do so This was the second instance of trespassingI contacted MrJeremy Gustavel personally, via email, and explained the situationHe offered no apology or explanation whatsoever, but has just a three words response to me: "move out please" So, rather than rectifying the situation or apologizing for their act of trespassing, his only response is to ask me to move out a full two months before my lease is even upAfter renting in this area for over years, living in a property managed by Plus One Capital has been, hands down, the worst experience I've ever had
