Pluris

My concern is the lack of customer services skill and the rudeness that they pose with the residence when seeking assitant with the high water bill.My complaint is with the staff very unprofessional and with no good job ethics. I have issues with the amount that pluris is charging residence the bill runs 200.00 and above with no acknowledgement for a person to get extentions. I feel that we are overcharged and the readings are not read properly.My consern is that 200.0 and up is just to high and should be looked carefully, to avoid any interruption on a disconnect of service that a person cannot py all at once.Desired SettlementIf for some reason that I have overpd I would like a refund not a credit.
