Refund was sent to Kansas, we have since resent it to the correct address

I am rejecting this response because: We are rejecting only because Mr [redacted] has not issued a refund to us nor has he attempted any contact to explain why the refund would be late We waited days for the refund to arrive in the mail

I am rejecting this response because:
We are rejecting only because Mr. [redacted] has not issued a refund to us nor has he attempted any contact to explain why the refund would be late.  We waited 12 days for the refund to arrive in the mail.
