August 13, 2015Regarding the above complaint, Plumer & Associates took over management of the property in late May, We were not holding the security deposit and the owner of the property handled the returnWe passed the tenant's letter along to the owner, and in further discussion with
him there seemed to be some misunderstanding about repairs needed in the propertyAfter reviewing the situation he will refund the remaining portion of the depositWe thank you for your assistance in helping to review this situation.Mona P
