Review: On June 23, 2014, I paid the plumber, [redacted] to put in a new tub, faucet and two shower heads. He put in the tub and was to return to complete the work and put a panel where he cut a hole in the wall to get to pipes, after tiles had been placed around the tub.Once the the tiles had been completed, I called [redacted] and left messages for him five times during his business hours. He has not returned my calls but has cashed the checks for completed work and materials.Desired Settlement: If I have to pay another plumber to finish this job, I want [redacted], the plumber who failed to complete the work to compensate me for money paid to a new plumber.

I hired this plumber for installing a sump pump in my crawlspace. He did a decent job but said that he will wait 2-3 weeks before installing the vapor barrier. It has now been 3 months and he has not come back to install the vapor barrier, which was already prepaid for. I have texted/called him many times but he just does not respond.
