Agreed refund was given to Mr. [redacted] on 9/15/16 chek #[redacted]

TTHE WATER LINE UNDER HIS TRAILER HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH THE JOB WE DID. WE INSTALLED A HOT WATER HEATER WHICH HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH A PIPE UNDER HIS TRAILER,

Per consumer's phone call, business has never made contact again regarding unsigned check or wrong amount and have not made good on his refund.He filed in Albany City Court with date of 10/31/16. The business actually wanted him to sign a release with for the lessor amount as payment of refund in full. He did not sign and won't accept.

contracted Plumbing today inc to install municipal water supply to my home for the sum of $7850. I paid a down payment of $3925 on July 29th 2016. Plumbing today inc could not deliver what was contracted and no work was ever performed. After weeks of effort on my part to recover my down payment,  plumbing today would only refund $2125. The check that I received was unsigned and useless. I have yet to receive ANY money in return. Regards,  [redacted]

This has been resolved with the customer he received a full refund on his credit card!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

attached is a copy of the invoice for the work performed and for an estimate for addition work required.  Additionaly Mr [redacted] contact Home Advisor on 10/10/17 to request a repair to his septic system. just as we had advised him.
