On Monday March 7,I , I spoke with *** *** *** She explained that situation was not meant towards me , however that back in August she had spoken to prior management staff and that they had not made the effort to resolve the issue for her *** *** has since
had this issue resolved to her liking by having $returned to her in the form of a check and is pleased with the outcome I have apologized for any inconveniences my predecessor has caused *** *** and the issue has been amicably resolved to my knowledge
