This company asks its customers to post online reviews after they do their service. That explains why they have that many online reviews.

At first I was satisfied with their service and posted my good review. But after a few days I discovered how I was fooled into paying for services I didn't ask for, and I discovered some of their annoying practices.

I asked them to install two toilets that I purchased myself. They charged me 2 x $175.75 = $351.5 for the toilets replacement. My bill was $480.99, I will explain how this happened.

They also decided, on their own without asking me, to replace a supply line in my third bathroom that was working perfectly fine. They decided to replace it and charged me for it before even seeing it. I never showed it to them or even mentioned it. Here is $24.5

They did not charge me for consultation or water hardness test, though. Also, the technician was nice enough to help me pick up the toilets from Lowe's in his truck, free of charge.

For an unclear reason they decided to charge me half the cost upfront on the day of the consultation even though it's all labor cost, since I purchased the toilets my self from Lowe's.

Today I discovered that they had stuck a big ugly sticker on my water heater claiming that they installed it and asking me to call them in case of an emergency. They did not install the water heater and I asked them not to touch it when they wanted to perform maintenance on it. But they took the liberty to post ads in my house and lie.

I do not mind paying extra for a service I ask for. Deceptive practices and performing services I didn't ask for to raise the bill is something I don't accept.

I will not hire them again.

We had new Granite counter tops installed and a new sink, I knew I couldn't hook the drain and the disposal back. I called and this company was able to come out fast and fix the problem. Dave T was my Technician and he was very nice, knew what he needed to do. It looks better then what the builder did 12 years ago, very clean job.

Tim and Kevin came out because of a clog in our main drain. Was able to unclog and show me the cause. Excellent value and good team. I appreciate them coming out in a pinch.

Excellent service, the Plumbing Medic team also took the time to explain how everything works and our new Avion system works.

Plumbing Medic has done a number of repair jobs and installed a whole house water filter system. They do good an prompt work.

The technician arrived at the time stated. The dispatcher kept us informed of any delays about his arrival. The technician was proffessional, courteous and thorough. He explained any issues he found and gave different options to correct them. Very pleased with him and the company.

Dave was able to repair a leak on a copper line very close to the slab foundation without having to jack hammer the cement out.

I had an issue with my natural gas grill in the backyard. I called the Plumbing Medic they answered my call and setup an appointment right away. The technician, Jesse S[redacted], showed up on time and was very professional and identified the problem quickly. He explained what was going on and answered all my questions. I would recommend using Plumbing Medic again.

Great professional Company. Austin showed up as scheduled. Clean cut and professional. No hidden gimics or scams regarding the pricing offered. Cleared my drain quick and fast. I will DEFINITELY use this company again!
