Plumbing Masters

February 17, 2022 I had plumbing masters go to a rental townhouse to repair a shower leek They did show up on time and fixed the problem. However, I was in shock to find a charge of $650. I retailed the price of the parts and was well under $100. I feel this is gouging the customer and I consider them as thieves. Be very careful when calling this company.

off and on from my master bathroom sink. Prior to the smell settling in this sink, it seemed to rotate from the hall bathroom sink and tub to the master bathroom sink and shower."
Plumbing Masters sent a Licensed Journeyman Plumber, his report on the invoice: "cleaned lav sink drain, found debris on stopper and linkage. Checked other plumbing fixtures, and plumbing pipes, Advised customer plumbing in house to be in good working order, no stoppages, no leaks, and found no evident reason for smell to be coming from plumbing. Invoice for service: $99.00
" This troubled me the remainder of the week and, that Friday, called Plumbing Masters. I ended up leaving a message that I felt a bit ripped off. I did not receive a return call.
Plumbing Masters answers all calls and feels this is unfair, we can be reached Monday thru Friday from 7:30 in the morning till 4:00 in the evening.
