This company charged me around $for a part that costs $and even with the $for percent off do the math I am still over a hundred dollars for a plumber to fix something for twenty minutes and did not even use all the parts Plumbers have been ripping off consumers and this has not been the first time or last time they will overcharge and I just had enough of these types of tactics they use.Revdex.com:

We have refund this customers 10% and he told me that is what he wanted.  I do not know what else we can do to accomadate this customer.  We have apologized for any inconvience, but this as well as everything we have done does not satisfy him.  A copy of the invoice to show that he was only charged $30.00 for parts that fixec his issue.Plumbing Helper
