we need a simple job done call them time to set up appointment 1st time the plumber call changed next day after then he didn't shows up , we called him , he said he does not have time .call his company dispatchshe told me he does not have a ladder to do the job they are waste our days we have to find other plumber .we like support local business .but we do not recommended this company and do not waste your time to call them .specially for business and plumbing express , [redacted] express they are all same company and phone number

I called Plumbing Express out on 3/1/to replace a leaking [redacted] Roman Tub cartridge Before he came out I called the office and said make sure he has the proper cartridge, I was advised they would make sure he didThe plumber arrives on time takes off the top part and advises me he doesn't have the cartridge or tool to remove itI told him I called to make sure you had itHe then tells me to order it from [redacted] with the tool because he would have to charge me $total or $for just coming outHe wrote out a ticket with the charge and the cartridge number to orderI said are you sure of that cartridge number of [redacted] he sais he did hundreds of themHe was wrong, it was the wrong cartridgeI called the company and complained to the manager, he said what can we do, I said give me 1/my money back because I paid for nothingI waited and called again and was told it was on a desk and someone would contact meIts 3/and nothing
