plumbersnearyou is actually pretty scary. I believe I got charged for all calls to my office even ones that they claim went throught their website. Unfortunatly we had a polor vortex and the temps were -36 so we were bumbarded with frozen pipe calls (we are not equipped to handle ) I'm just glad I caught this before they charged me thousands of dollars in calls to my office.

I understand how you feel. We keep getting calls for drain clear. I so far have gotten credit, however it might be because we are still in our first month.

Review: We are a plumbing company that have used plumbersnearyou.com for job leads. Since we have had them we have been getting charged for septic tank calls which we do not do. That is seperate licensing than a master plumber. That is like calling a doctor's office and asking to see a dentist. Anyway in the past they have credited our calls after much debate and even went as far as recommending that we put "WE DO NOT PUMP SEPTIC TANKS" which we did and then after a few more billing issues, plumbersnearyou.com went in and put "NO SEPTIC TANK WORK". We though issue solved as we have not had a problem since June 2013 until today, we got a septic tank call and was charged $30.00 from plumbersnearyou.com. I disputed it without fail and even went as far as cancelling our services with them because they refuse to credit this call.Desired Settlement: Credit our account $30.00 for this call
