We quickly took the container off his hands and then Iasked him if he wanted to get a new one, to which he replied yesIrong up the new container of salsa, he then paid for it and left.A short while later, I received a callfrom the complainant herselfShe belligerently told me she was reporting us to the Revdex.com then launched into a tirode about how the salsa was not "l00% guaranteed"I responded by pointing out that her husband had told me himself that she had dropped the salsa to which she replied it was "accident"Ithen responded that I felt no need to pa y for her mistake, and our conversat;on ended. As a small business owner, Iguarantee the freshness and spiciness of my salsa, but I do not guarantee that you will get a free replacement salsa if you "accidentally" drop it on your way home.Furthermore, our products are priced and customers can always ask either me or any of my employees for the price of an item in the event it is not pricedOur products also have expiration dates and our fresh salsa is mad weekly and we're always more than happy to tell any customer how long the fresh salsa will last if asked
