My experience with Drain Kings could not have been better The dispatcher was helpful and the technician Robert let me know when he'd be here, showed up on time, let me know exactly what he planned to do and did a professional job, including cleaning up after himself so the area was spotless when he left

I called Drain Kings who is a division of Plumber Patrol Inc. I found Drain Kings on [redacted] Then went on[redacted] and checked their reviews to do some research before I called. We had a backed up toilet. I called around to other companies and got quotes over the phone for $150.00-$200.00. So when I saw that they offered a $49.00 drain cleaning special I was a bit skeptical but I called anyway. I spoke with Amanda their customer service representative. She was very polite and informative on the phone. I drilled her with a good amount of questions because I could not believe the offer. She assured me that it was a $49.00 special. I booked the call their technician Nshan came out he was very polite, informative, clean, and quick. He cleared my drain. Indeed charged me $49.00 and was on his way. Really loved how honest and straight to the point this company was. I will definitely call them again and recommend them to everyone I know. Thank you Drain Kings.
