Plumber Bob

Review: Bob found one of the new toilets leaking and replaced a part even though he noticed there was a defect; there was a small lip inside which didn't allow for the seal to be flush. He didn't tell me he was going to charge me $35 for this part and it didn't fix the issue anyway. Instead of just stopping when he first noticed the leak he continued with the install of the toilet, he even caulked around it. Since replacing the part didn't fix the issue he had to remove the toilet and I had to get a replacement.I spoke to [redacted] and they agreed to pay for the hour of labor Bob charged me to replaced the defective toilet. Bob told me he was getting an updated invoice out to me on several occasions. It's been over a month and I am still waiting for an invoice that listes each item out seperately so I can submit it with my claim. However, [redacted] won't pay for the $35 part he charged me that didn't fix the problem.Desired Settlement: An updated invoice that lists the labor for the replacement of the defective toilet as promised.
