I learned from another plumber that a PVC pipe attached to my main sewer line to my septic tank had been installed incorrectly (slanted upward instead of downward) and that was causing my toilet backups. Plumb Xpress was my choice for a third opinion. Not only did [redacted] thoroughly check it out, he also suggested I call the plumber who installed the PVC pipe and get him to correct it. The other plumbers didn't suggest this but proposed to do the work themselves. If the original installer does fix the problem, [redacted] will have saved me hundreds of dollars. I appreciate his honesty and will be using this company in the future.
