Wes was so much help Our sewage overflow light was on and the tank was full The way people operate today they would have just quoted me a new pump which runs around $ Once the water was drained you could see the floats were wrapped around the pipe and causing the pump not to kick on Again, how easy would it be to say "see the pumps not working", but instead doubled checked the pump while the water was out and untangled the floats A $repair turned into more of a $repair thanks to a company that operates with honesty and integrity which you don't see much anymore I hope this helps someone when they are trying to make a decision on who to use! $or $at least you will get honesty on what you really need Thanks again Wes!!

We had used this guy to replace a water heater. While the initial work was ok, the equipment was defective. Repeated attempts to get him to call us back were ignored. We knew he was still around because another contractor we were getting a bid from saw his name on the water heater and said he knew the guy and saw him all the time. I would avoid this business if you want someone to stand behind their work and equipment. You will not get a response.
