Review: Oscar Amador of Plumb Loco Inc. received $3,500.00 as a 'Close Of Escrow' payment to cover a 'Request for Repair' signed between Buyer/Seller during the sale of 733 Broadview Street in Spring Valley, CA 91977.

At the close of sale, the plumbing issues were easily rectified by the buyer and the credit remained unused. Instead, we had Oscar on-site this month to bid on some remodel work, and when determined that he could not match or beat competitor's pricing, he agreed to return funds 'within a week, by calling when he had the money together'. Originally, he claimed memory issues from 'falling off a roof', didn't recall 'certain' conversations pertaining to the credit, couldn't find the payment through his 'Bookkeeper', but when confronted aggressively, instantly confirmed that he had found the payment from the Seller at close of Escrow for $3500.00.

Fast forwarding one week, Oscar has not responded via e-mail, has not answered six phone calls, or responded to any of four separate voicemails left on his primary phone/office-line/cell-phone.

The remodeling contractor's have begun their work, and the funds held by Oscar & Plumb Loco Inc, are needed urgently to pay for the work in progress.Desired Settlement: Immediate refund of full amount of escrow credit ($3,500.00)
