Hello, there I had talk with [redacted] to discus issue and we worked it outshe is paying room rent now and living till dateshe said she didn't rise complaint but her sister did itshe was not aware about complainthere are attached her signed receipt Plumcreek Inn***

We sincerely regret that Ms [redacted] feels this wayWe were doing our best in tough situation during the hurricane harvey weekendWe got many good reviews from several guests that we were able to accommodate them even though we were right in the middle of hurricane harvey affected area We thought we tried to do best to address Ms [redacted] needsShe was still not satisfiedSo, we agreed to refund all her money back using credit card on fileAfter further research, we found she actually used her neighbor's credit card to make reservationSo that was the credit card the refund went toWe finally corrected that today and gave her the refund on discover.She now considers this resolved.Thanks, [redacted]

I am rejecting this response until I have proof that the amount has been put back on my brother's account. Also, my neighbor made the reservation for me using her Visa card. I did not make the reservation myself.
