Review: I have been using PlugNPay as my payment processor for my shopping cart on my e-commerce site, [redacted]. On 1/*/14 my customers were unable to proceed with their Credit Cards. Therefore I have been unable to process Credit Cards, and have been unable to make any income since 1/*/14. It has been one week and I have left them several messages to fix the issue, and they still have not! I was making sales of $2,000 per day, and therefore, have lost $14,000 so far because of PlugNPay's error. AND they still have not resolved the problem! There is a code problem their tech support is supposed to fix, and has not been done yet. I cant even get ahold of anyone now, and no one calls me back either!.. Before this problem I was also in the process of selling the business/website. I've had several people interested in buying the site for its listed sales price of $80,000. However each buyer has backed out when they noticed it hasn't made any income for the last week! ALSO, I have a few customers that want returns, and I am unable to do returns because I need my PlugNPay account to issue their refunds. These customers think I am a scam business now, because I cannot give their money back, because of PlugNPay's error they wont fix, and are threatening to sue me and report me to the Revdex.com... I do not like being played with like this, especially when it means I lose around $100,000!!! This is absolutely ridiculous, and this business needs to be shut down.... Because of PlugNPay, they are going to ruin my excellent credit, get me sued by my customers, and lose me around $100,000!Desired Settlement: The outcome I will accept without a full law suit, is $2,000 per day from 1/*/14 until the issue is finally fixed, PLUS the sales price I can no longer get for my business because it shows it had a severely big problem, due to PlugNPay. Therefore, the outcome needs to be $80,000 plus $14,000 ($2,000/day from 1/*/14 until fixed).
Business
Response:
The disruption in his credit card processing was due to his merchant account being closed and not due to the service we provide. He was notified to contact his merchant account provider to correct the issue. Once this was done his gateway account was activated and his card processing resumed.
This was explained to him and he was satisfied with the result.

Response:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.
Sincerely,
