whom is new with us had in error put threw a [redacted] charge which was reversed.
We had custom ordered this customer a chair in a fabric of her choice and sprayed with the fabric protection product she requested and delivered in good condition. They then changed there mind on chair due to size I believe.
Customer had option of transferring deposit onto new purchase or receiving a credit note of same value they declined and paid the 15% restocking fee and other incurred fee's as clearly posted and stated at our sales counter.
We did not charge for the fabric protection or spray, nor was there any charge for financing or admin charge only tax was paid on what was charged.
Client did not make myself aware of any issue or I could have made clarified our position in person and as always the option in available to use on another purchase.
