Plug and Play POS Systems

Review: Plug and Play are a reseller of [redacted] software and [redacted] EDC software. I contact them because they offered free EDC software if I used a credit card processing company, [redacted] which the apparently partner with. I purchase the [redacted] processing service and now I cant get the software and licenses from Plug and Play. I have been ignore on several of my request and most replies from Play and Play send me to some other person and company.Desired Settlement: Make good on the promise of offering the software for free as the website advertised
